Disease Physician Job
Infectious Disease Physician Opportunity: $135k plus quarterly production based bonuses, join one other infectious disease MD in a large multi specialty group with 19 specialties represented and almost 40 primary care physicians as a referral base. Weekend call 1/4 (share outside group). Work 3-4 days/wk in office plus rounding at the hospital, a 540-bed hospital (within walking distance) plus consults at 60-bed hospital (seven miles away) one out of every four weeks. See 25-30 patients/day, including 3-6 consults per day. Full in-house ancillary including fully-staffed infusion center, bone densitometry (DEXA) testing, lab, x-ray, nuc med, MRI, PET scan, cardio, radiation therapy. Productivity-based bonus formula for all physicians; base salary plus bonus first two years; then partnership.
